Lucky Ridillah is the Founder and Managing Partner of AKAZ Legal Consulting. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Sahid University and a degree in Computer Science from Binus University, as well as a Master of Business Administration from IPMI International Business School. His multidisciplinary background enables him to combine legal expertise with strong technical and commercial insight.
Prior to establishing AKAZ Legal Consulting, Lucky spent more than a decade as an Intellectual Property lawyer at HHP Law Firm (a member firm of Baker McKenzie), one of Indonesia’s leading law firms. During his tenure, he was actively involved in handling complex IP matters and advising both domestic and international clients.
Lucky is a highly experienced trademark practitioner with extensive expertise in managing, prosecuting, and enforcing large trademark portfolios. He has advised clients across a wide range of industries, including consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, and hospitality, on complex intellectual property issues. His practice also reflects a strong interest in digital commerce and emerging business models, allowing him to provide forward-looking and commercially relevant advice.
He is fluent in both English and Indonesian.
Lucky specializes in Intellectual Property, Information Technology, and Dispute Resolution, advising both domestic and international clients on complex and high-value matters. His expertise includes managing and enforcing IP portfolios, navigating regulatory challenges in the digital landscape, and developing effective dispute strategies. R. Hasiholan is the Co-Founder and Partner of AKAZ Legal Consulting. She is a qualified advocate and legal consultant with extensive experience in various areas of Indonesian law. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Sahid University and a degree in Information Technology from Indonesia Persada University, as well as a Master of Laws from Gadjah Mada University (UGM).
Prior to co-founding AKAZ Legal Consulting, R. Hasiholan spent more than two decades at HHP Law Firm (a member firm of Baker McKenzie), one of Indonesia’s leading law firms. During her tenure, she was involved in handling a wide range of complex legal matters and advising both domestic and international clients across multiple sectors.
Her practice focuses on tax law, family law, and land law, where she provides comprehensive legal advice and practical solutions tailored to clients’ needs. With her extensive experience and multidisciplinary background, she is well-equipped to assist clients in navigating both personal and business-related legal issues.
R. Hasiholan is fluent in both English and Indonesian.
R. Hasiholan advises and represents multinational clients on tax matters, providing strategic consultation for both corporate and individual needs. She also handles land-related matters, including the registration and administration of land rights in Indonesia. In addition, she represents clients in inheritance and family law proceedings before the Indonesian courts, offering practical and solution-oriented legal support tailored to each client’s circumstances.
Arief Agus Djunarjanto is an Advocate and Legal Consultant at AKAZ Legal Consulting, serving as a Partner since 2021.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Laws from Sahid University. He also obtained a Master’s degree in Business from Prasetiya Mulya Business School. His multidisciplinary academic background enables him to combine technical, legal, and commercial perspectives in his practice.
Arief specializes in Electronic Information and Transactions Law, Information Technology, telecommunications, data privacy (including Personal Data Protection and General Data Protection Regulation/GDPR), as well as emerging technologies such as blockchain and the Internet of Things (IoT).
He brings more than 25 years of professional experience across various leading local and international companies, including Astra International, TNT, Ericsson, and XL Axiata. This extensive industry exposure provides him with strong practical insight into business operations and technology-driven environments.
